Net4U.com Retail Account Rules for Marking Spots

Net4U is offering fishing guides and retailers a new marketing avenue to a very targeted population. People looking for a place to fish near your business or where you guide. If you don't already have a website, then this opportunity is NOT available to you. Please read the following rules for marking spots.

Rule #1	Retailers (brick & mortar/web site) & Fishing Guides Any spots that you mark would tend to carry more weight than general members. You should know the area were you're located and/or that you guide. You mark spots to be informative for would be customers to market your business. Do not mark duplicate markers. For example, let's say one guide marks a boat ramp with all the necessary information. Don't mark another boat ramp marker at the same location just to get your information posted. Also, do not mark a spot that would block a previously marked spot when zoomed in to an area's maximum zoom capability. Use the appropriate marker for the spot that you are marking. All posts must be in English. Promoting another business with your account is strictly prohibited. You can mark a retail location that's relevant to a fishing area, but you cannot provide any information (other than its name) about that location.
Rule #2	Fishing Guides You are capable of marking as many meeting spots with the Guide marker as you want at any related fishing location in the U.S.. However, you are only allowed to mark ONE Guide marker meeting spot per location. For example, you meet your customers at the North Marina and at the South Marina on Lake No Name. Mark each of those spots one time, and don't fill up those locations with your markers trying to prevent other guides from placing a marker at either of those locations. Doing so may get your account deactivated.
Rule #3	Retail Stores - Marinas/Bait Shops First, you must have a physical store that people walk into and purchase your products or services. Retail stores have only ONE location marker at the physical location of the store. Having more than one location marker on the same lake or at other lakes is not possible. One account per retail location is required. Retail Stores (marinas/bait shops) are NOT allowed to mark other like businesses. Specifically, a marina cannot mark other marinas ANYWHERE in ANY STATE. Same with Bait Shops. However, marinas can mark Bait Shops and Bait Shops can mark marinas. If this were allowed it would be confusing to users and therefore, we don't want like businesses marking each other. Fishing Related Web Sites Fishing related web sites will not have special location markers. All spots marked will contain your web site tag line. Websites can mark spots nation wide.
Rule #4	Other than these rules All locations marked (coordinates) and the content of those markers are the property of LDJ Enterprise. Obviously, profanity and links leading to adult content sites will not be tolerated. With that said, it's your business that you're marketing on Net4U. There is absolutely no harm in you marking all of the boat ramps, camp sites, bathrooms, fishing spots etc. at a given fishing location. The more spots that you mark (nation wide) the more bang for your effort that you're gonna get.

We want to keep the rules simple, but there always seems to be someone that tends to complicate things. An email will be sent to all affected by any changes. Hopefully that will never occur.
